I am Cl\u00e9ment RAMANICH, the founder of the Swiss Personal Training home coaching platform. After 25 years in competitive sports and over 15 years in Personal Training (USA, Canada & Switzerland), I wanted to use this platform to bring together competent and experienced experts in the various specialties related to physical activity and well-being. My aim is to offer you the most comprehensive and advantageous support possible. Our multidisciplinary team offers maximum expertise and commitment to your well-being. The vision of well-being that I promote within Swiss Personal Training is a holistic one, integrating three major components:
