Lucinda is a private yoga coach specializing in Hatha and Myo-Fascial yoga. She also offers health coaching. Her qualifications include a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teachers training certification, advanced training in Anatomy and Physiology with Yoga & Ayurveda, certification in Dr. Loren Fishman’s method of Yoga for Osteoporosis, Strala Intensive Training Teaching Certification, and a 100-hour Teachers Training in Ashtanga Yoga. She is a professional with strong skills in human practice. She speaks French, English, German and Portuguese.
