After 25 years in the world of competitive sport and more than 15 years in the world of Personal Training (USA, Canada & Switzerland), I wanted to use this platform to bring together competent and experienced experts in the field of Fitness, Wellness and lifestyle.
My goal is to offer each client with the most comprehensive and long term support. Through our multidisciplinary team, we bring to your well-being a maximum of skill and commitment.
