The personal trainers highlighted are Clément and Yoann. Clément’s strengths include patience, bio-mechanical expertise, and a psychology of change approach. He holds certifications in personal training from both France and the USA, as well as certifications in Thai massage and nutrition. Yoann’s coaching strengths are empathy, motivation, and humor. He has certifications in fitness and sports education from France.
The coaches are fluent in French, with some also fluent in English and Russian. Specifically, Rustam speaks French and Russian, while both Clément and Yoann are fluent in French, and Clément also speaks English.
The training sessions can take place at the client’s home, outdoors or in a boxing room for the boxing sessions, and in hotels or online for the personal training. The diverse location options offer flexibility and convenience for clients.
