What is personal training?

Personal training is personalized athletic guidance, with a dedicated coach who designs a customized program according to your goals, abilities, and lifestyle.

It is for anyone wishing to achieve specific goals (weight loss, muscle strengthening, fitness, rehabilitation, sports performance), regardless of their level (beginner to advanced).

Among the benefits: maximizing results, avoiding injuries, benefiting from constant motivation and follow-up, and adapting exercises to your constraints (time, equipment, health).

After an initial assessment (goals, physical tests, health check-up), the coach proposes a structured session (warm-up, exercises, cool-down). The coach corrects postures and customizes intensity.

A session generally lasts from 45 to 90 minutes. For visible results, 2 to 3 sessions per week are often recommended, depending on your availability and goals.

They can take place in a gym, outdoors (park, beach, etc.), or at home, according to the arrangements we agree upon together.

Not necessarily: the coach can use available equipment or propose bodyweight exercises. If you have equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands, mats), they will be integrated into the program.
