Senior coaching is individualized support primarily aimed at helping you maintain optimal physical condition to preserve maximum physical independence for as long as possible. Our coaches will assist you in developing greater lower limb strength, improved overall balance, and better trunk posture.
Our holistic approach takes into account all dimensions of the person. Our coaches adapt to each individual based on their initial capabilities as well as their physical and psychological limitations.

Each session includes a gentle warm-up, adapted exercises (strengthening, balance, mobility), and a relaxation phase. The coach adjusts the intensity according to your capabilities.
Sessions can take place in a studio, at home, or outdoors, according to your preferences. Our coaches operate in Geneva, Nyon, and Lausanne.
Yes. Our coaches take into account common pathologies (osteoarthritis, joint pain, diabetes, balance disorders) and offer safe exercises, validated by medical follow-up if necessary.
For visible results, 2 sessions per week are recommended. However, even a weekly session already helps improve mobility and maintain a good level of physical activity.
Yes. Each senior benefits from a tailor-made plan that considers their health status, objectives, and personal pace.
